The Financial Management Group (FMG) plans, organizes, directs and monitors all financial activities of NDRMF to ensure the efficient and sustainable working of NDRMF.

The key responsibility of the FMG is to develop the finest internal protocols within the organization to be able to meet its objectives amidst challenges of growth and globalization. This includes applying general management principles to the financial resources of the company. Some of the specific roles pertinent to financial management systems include (but are not limited to):

  • Budgeting
  • Accounting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Investment opportunities
  • Risk mitigation

 

The Finance department aligns with other departments of NDRMF to achieve the following necessary outcomes:

  • Creation of an Annual Corporate Budget
  • Performance of budget variance analyses
  • Management of cash flow
  • Handling debt
  • Preparation of balance sheets and Profit-and-Loss statements
  • Maintenance of credit and working capital
  • Drawing investment and tax strategies
  • Ensuring legal compliance
